i have been to the other “still open” dispensaries in town and this “c.a.p.s.” is the best. very clean and organized, friendly environment. i can sit in a comfortable lounge,while im processed quickly and there meds are very fresh and cost efficient. this is a great place to shop for all your medical needs .
i would recommend caps to anyone who is just starting to learn about medicinal cannibus and the products value to the conditions of which we suffer .
