What a frustrating experience!
The doctor here was the epitome of pompous. I had a preexisting condition that is heavily benefited by the use of Marijuana, the doctor simply refused to listen to a single thing that I had to say. I could almost just see my words going in one ear and out the other every time I tried to explain to him my experience with other options. I don’t have insurance so I can’t afford to go to the doctor constantly for no reason at all, yet the doctor just gave me the same run around BS, somehow believing that he knew more about how my mind works and my medical history then I do.
I still find it just mind boggling how a “doctor” can be in the field of medical marijuana and yet recommend their patients to continue the same ineffective treatment that they have been using for years, despite how much I told them about how it gives me adverse effects.
Like I said, the “doctor” (I use quotes because I don’t believe they have the proper know-how to be one) was the epitome of pompous.
The worse thing is that they told me that I likely didn’t have the life long, preexisting condition that I suffer from, despite the fact that less than two years ago I had an expensive, prestigious psychologist do a full evaluation on me to to re-validate my condition. Of course, that didn’t mean anything to him. In this doctors eyes I should be reevaluated once again. Unbelievably bad, and couldn’t recommend any less. What an absolute headache, and a complete waste of time.
