Munchies Funnel Cake Recipe

This is a very delicious recipe for a yummy funnel cake using all the good stuff, and plenty of marijuana. Yum Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting

Instructions:

  1. In a deep medium skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it registers 350° to 375° on a deep-fat thermometer.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center and add the milk and eggs; whisk until smooth.
  3. Transfer the batter to a gallon-size resealable plastic bag, remove the excess air and seal the top. With scissors, snip off a corner to make a 1/4-inch-wide hole. Carefully squeeze about 1 cup batter (one-eighth of the mixture) back and forth into the oil, making a free-form lacy web. Cook until golden on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Using tongs, turn the cake over and cook until golden on the other side, about 1 minute more. Transfer the funnel cake to paper towels to drain briefly. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  4. Dust the funnel cakes with confectioners’ sugar and serve hot. Smart move: To avoid messy spills between frying each batch, set the bag of batter, slit side up, in a bowl next to the stovetop.
  5. Load up a bowl and blaze up.

Munchies Marijuana Mac n' Cheese

This is a great and yummy treat! This is a special mac n cheese recipe with the use of marijuana!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 7 Grams of hi-quality hydro (Ground and place in cheese cloth)
  • 1 Pound Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 Sticks of butter
  • ½ cup shredded Cheese Cheddar and Jack
  • ½ cup shredded mild Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack
  • 3 cups half-half
  • 1 cup Velveeta, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Lightly butter a deep 21/2-quart casserole
  3. In one small pot, add half-half and hydro (ground and placed in cheese cloth) over a low, low simmer and let steep for 45 min. (DO NOT BOIL AS CREAM WILL CURD) After 45 min take out hydro bundle (do not worry about the color, it looks crazy but hey it’s for a good cause.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the oil, then the macaroni and cook until the macaroni is tender, about 7 minutes, do not overcook!
  5. In dry bowl mix in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and some of melted butter. Set aside.
  6. In a large bowl, mix all your ingredients including remaining butter. Season with salt and pepper, transfer to the buttered casserole. Sprinkle with the parm/breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake until it’s bubbling around the edges, about 35 minutes.

A delicious and superb cold treat of banana, honey, and hash in a fantastic ice cream desert!

Ingredients:

  • 25G ((2 table spoons or 1/4 of a stick)) Butter
  • 18FL OZ Single Cream
  • 75g sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 Ounce Crumbled hash OR 10G crushed bud
  • 15OZ Bananas
  • 3 Tablespoons Rum
  • 5 Tablespoons Honey

Instructions:

  1. One of the best ways to consume pot and satisfy your munchies at the same time is to eat it as ice cream.
  2. Gently ((!!!)) heating cannabis with cream is an extremely efficient way of maximizing the extraction of the THC components of cannabis. Storing the ice cream in the freezer will maintain it’s potency for months to come. However, to get the best results, use hash rather then grass in the recipe.
  3. Heat the cream in a saucepan until nearly boiling.
  4. In a second saucepan, melt the butter with the sugar and salt.
  5. Heat the hash with a flame and crumble it into the melted butter, stirring all the while, then whisk the cream with the butter.
  6. Peel the bananas. Put them into a large bowl and mash em up.
  7. Add cream, rum, and honey. You can add other stuff for flavor if you want, oreos, nuts, etc.
  8. Beat well to mix.
  9. Pour mixture into a chilled shallow plastic container.
  10. Cover and freeze for a few hours until the mixture is a mushy consistancy. Turn out mixture into a chilled bowl.
  11. Whisk until smooth.
  12. Return the mixture to the container, cover, and freeze until firm.
  13. Transfer to the fridge 30 minutes before serving to soften it up.

Recipe makes six servings of ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb. Marijuana Butter
  • ½ cup plus 1 Tbs. Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. Almond extract
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 ¾ cups sifted flour

Instructions:

  1. Whip the powdered sugar into the green butter until it turns a light sea foam green.
  2. Whip in the vanilla, almond, and a little salt. Blend in the chopped nuts.
  3. Finally, blend in the flour very lightly.
  4. Form the mixture into the small balls, about half the size of a ping-pong ball and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in a 300-degree oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
  6. Cool on rack and roll powdered sugar.

This recipe will make about 3 ½ dozen cookies.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Butter plus 2 Tablespoons
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Kief (Marijuana bud or leaf run through a fine screen)
  • 1 2/3 cup of unbleached flour

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter into sugar, work in kief, until all one color, and work in flour.
  3. Roll dough till ½ or 1/3 inch on lightly floured board. Cut into shapes. Place on un-greased baking sheet ½ inch apart.
  4. Bake about 20 minutes and remove at once. Enjoy.

Recipe makes about 2 dozen cookies.

This is a great ice cream recipe that uses marijuana to create a wonderful cold desert!

Ingredients:

  • 25 grams of butter
  • 18 fluid ounces of single cream
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ ounce crumbled hash or 10 grams crushed bud
  • 15 ounces of bananas (peeled)
  • 3 tablespoons of rum
  • 5 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until before it boils.
  2. In another saucepan melt the butter together with the sugar and salt.
  3. Heat the hash with a flame and add it into the melted butter and stir.
  4. Whisk the cream with the butter.
  5. Put the bananas into a large bowl and mash them completely.
  6. Add in the cream, rum and honey. You can add other ingredients as you wish. You can try chocolate chips, nuts etc.
  7. Mix all the ingredients perfectly and after this pour them all into a chilled shallow plastic container.
  8. Cover the container and chill for a few hours until the desired texture is formed.
  9. If a mushy consistency is attained, transfer the mixture into a chilled bowl and whisk away until it smoothens.
  10. Return the mixture to its covered container and chill until firm.
  11. Serve and enjoy.

Recipe makes six ice creams.

  • 3 slices bacon
  • ¼ C chopped onion
  • ½ lb. ground beef/chicken/turkey
  • 2 ½ C canned whole pealed tomatoes
  • ½ C chopped green peppers
  • 1 lb. fresh sliced sautéed mushrooms
  • 2-3 tbls. Marijuana butter
  • ½ lb. grated cheese

Instructions:

  1. Mince and cook bacon.
  2. Stir in onion and meat. Cook well.
  3. Add tomatoes, peppers, and mushrooms.
  4. Simmer uncovered for 20 or 30 minutes.
  5. Add butter and cheese when sauce is nearly done.

Recipe makes about 2 ½ qts.

Like other herbs, marijuana may be made into a tea. Boil the water first and pour it over the marijuana. Let it steep for longer than you would for common black tea; approximately an hour and a half.

Add 1 tsp. of marijuana or regular butter. The effects are similar to eating it. It is easy to make marijuana tea and can be combined with mint or any other herbal tea flavors to enhance it’s taste.

THC is only very slightly soluble in boiling water. Adding either some alcohol, oil, or butter to the mix will help the THC dissolve. An ounce of whole milk or a half ounce of hard liquor to a cup of boiling water increases the tea’s potency quite a bit. A chai-type drink, made with marijuana leaves, spices, butter and milk would dissolve even more of the THC.

Making tea by just boiling the leaves will not release as much psychoactive THC. Since marijuana’s pigments and terpenoids the components responsible for its flavor are water soluble, this tea looks and smells more promising than its effect will be. However, these non-cannabinoids may also have medicinal properties, as could other water-solubles.

This is the stoniest fudge you’ll ever eat! You will need:
4 cups sugar
2 5oz cans evaporated milk
1 cup Ganja Butter
1 12 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
a candy thermometer — important!
a 13×9x2″ (or close to that) square/rectangular dish

first, combine the sugar, milk, and Ganja Butter in a large pot. cook and stir on medium high until it begins to boil, then reduce to medium heat. continue to stir until the temp reaches 236 degrees (i told you the candy thermometer was important!) it should take about 12 minutes. Don’t burn it!

remove the big pot from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips, vanilla, and marshmallow creme. tip: if you have a microwave, nuke the marshmallow creme for about 20 seconds first — that will make it come out of the jar easier.
stir until well blended, pour into the pre buttered dish…this should make about 50 1.5 inch squares.
each square is good enough for one person or two lightweights… enjoy!
