First, you need supplies. Clean urine is the first thing you will need. Call your friends who work in a pediatricians office and procure some clean urine. Or ask a non-drug user to use some of theirs. The next thing you will need is a container. A three ounce container will do, but a 4 or 5 ounce bottle is ideal. Next, grab some black eletrical tape. We will need our secret weapon next which is some disposable hand warmers. Grab a pair of (clean) underwear next. Then grab a single sock that the washer didnt eat. A needle and thread is also required.

Step 1:

Sew the sock to the inner part of the waistband, leaving the sock open to have access to it.

Step 2:

Wrap hand warmer around container of urine. Seal it by re wrapping everything with the electrical tape. Remember the hand warmers are air-activated and need air to work, so don’t overdo it with the electrical tape.  Most urine tests have a temp gauge, so realistic temp is necessary.

Step 3:

Unzip and dispense clean urine into container.
